I am a 54 year old, self-taught artist. I really love working with colored pencils and am constantly finding new ways to use this amazing medium to get the images I have in my head onto my paper! Every so often I am successful, but even the not-so-successful ones are worthwhile because I learn from them! I enjoy doing portraits, pinups, erotica, comic book characters, movie stars and even the (very) occasional landscape. I am heavily influenced by 20th Century illustrators, comic book and Pinup artists, Frank Frazetta, Victorian and Pre-Raphaelite painters, Art Deco, Art Nouveau, Classic films, Old Hollywood glamour photography, Rock music and many other things!
